Where Do Kids Fit In?
We affectionately refer to the Children and Youth Ministry as C.Y.M. This ministry is our investment in the present and future generations. C.Y.M is the place where our children and youth receive ministry at their level and in ways that are most effective to meet their needs. At Agapé we believe the words penned in Psalms 127:3- “Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is His reward.” Put on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt to join us at Agapé for a 5th Sunday celebration of Jesus with C.Y.M.
Youth Sunday
At Agapé Christian Ministries we are privileged to serve with our children in ministry every 5th Sunday. Youth Sunday is the opportunity for our children and youth to lead the worship services. They serve as Praise & Worship leaders, prayer leaders, and we look foraward to them preaching the Word during Youth Sunday, in the future. We are blessed when our children and youth prepare a special dance performance to share on Youth Sunday. The excitement is palpable in the room when they dance and offer their worship this way. Youth Sunday is also a great opportunity for our children to experience various Christian Rap artists since “rap music” is a favorite.
